I am an engineer passionate about decentralized web applications, WebAssembly, and high-performance client-side computing. I created EverydayPDF from scratch because I believe students, applicants, and working professionals should never have to pay a subscription or compromise their privacy just to merge certificates or resize a document for an exam portal.
Why I Built EverydayPDF As a 100% Free Public Utility
During my college years in India, I watched countless fellow students, job seekers, and competitive exam aspirants (preparing for UPSC, SSC, GATE, and state tests) struggle with online PDF tools. Every popular website would either:
- Impose a strict 2-file daily limit or 10 MB limit and hit you with a paid credit card paywall.
- Force you to upload confidential identity cards (Aadhaar, PAN, mark-sheets) to remote foreign cloud servers.
- Fail to compress certificates accurately under portal limits (such as the strict 200 KB or 100 KB exam limits).
I realized that with modern web standards—specifically WebAssembly (Wasm) and HTML5 Web Workers—there is absolutely no technical reason to send files to an external server. Your phone or laptop processor is more than capable of parsing, splitting, merging, and compressing documents in milliseconds.
So I decided to engineer EverydayPDF: a zero-dollar server cost, 100% client-side web application. Because there are no backend cloud servers processing your files, I never incur hosting bandwidth fees. That enables me to guarantee to everyone, everywhere: this platform will remain 100% free and unlimited forever.
Total Privacy
All document bytes stay inside your browser's local RAM. Files never upload to any server or cloud bucket.
Web Worker Engine
Multi-threaded background execution ensures your UI remains responsive at 60 FPS, even when merging hundreds of pages.
Global Edge Hosting
Deployed on Cloudflare Pages across 300+ edge locations worldwide for near-instant cold starts.
Student & Developer Collaboration Invitation
Are you a fellow student, software engineer, or researcher interested in open-web tools, WebAssembly, or offline-first web apps? Have an idea for a new client-side tool? I would love to connect and build together.
