Our architectural guarantee: Your documents never leave your browser.

The EverydayPDF Zero-Transmission Guarantee

EverydayPDF is engineered with client-side WebAssembly technology. When you select, merge, split, rotate, or compress a PDF document on EverydayPDF, all binary operations occur entirely within your device's local memory (RAM). No file data, document contents, text, or metadata is ever transmitted over the internet or uploaded to any remote server or cloud bucket.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike traditional cloud document converters:

  • We do not collect, view, read, or store any files you open with our tools.
  • We do not maintain server-side file caches or temporary processing folders.
  • We do not extract names, email addresses, financial details, or text contained within your documents.

2. Local Browser Processing & Volatile Memory

Files uploaded to EverydayPDF are converted into standard JavaScript ArrayBuffer objects and processed in isolated browser Web Worker threads. As soon as you navigate away, close the active tab, or refresh the page, the browser automatically releases the memory allocated to your documents. No temporary files persist on your hard disk unless you explicitly choose to download the resulting output.

3. Advertising & Cookies (Google AdSense Disclosure)

To keep EverydayPDF 100% free without charging subscriptions or introducing artificial limits, we may display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense and programmatic partners.

  • Third-Party Cookies: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the internet.
  • Google Advertising Cookies: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Opt-Out Options: Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.

4. Analytics & Technical Logs

Like standard web hosts, our CDN provider (e.g., Cloudflare/Vercel) automatically receives technical connection metadata when serving static HTML/JS assets. This includes your IP address, browser user-agent, operating system, and timestamp. This data is strictly utilized for DDoS mitigation, caching performance, and website availability monitoring, and is never correlated with any client-side PDF document manipulation.

5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Because EverydayPDF does not collect, process, or retain any personal data or document content on external servers, our architecture inherently complies with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) principles of data minimization and privacy by design.
