By accessing or using EverydayPDF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

EverydayPDF provides browser-based, client-side document utilities including merging, splitting, rotating, compressing, and converting PDF files. All processing is executed locally on your device via client-side WebAssembly and JavaScript. EverydayPDF does not operate backend file conversion servers or retain copies of your documents.

3. User Responsibilities & Fair Use

You retain 100% ownership of all rights, titles, and interests in the documents you process using EverydayPDF. You agree that:

  • You have all necessary legal rights, permissions, or authority to manipulate the documents you load into the tool.
  • You will not use the Service to violate copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property laws.
  • You will not use automated scripts to spam or scrape the static website infrastructure.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EverydayPDF DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR FREE FROM DATA CORRUPTION RESULTING FROM CLIENT BROWSER CRASHES, OUT-OF-MEMORY EXCEPTIONS, OR CORRUPTED DONOR PDF FILES.

Because client processing relies on your device hardware, operating system, and browser engine, performance and memory constraints remain the responsibility of your local environment. You are strongly advised to keep independent backups of all important original documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EverydayPDF, ITS AUTHORS, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DOCUMENT DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
